Diagnosed with low b12 levels and taking injections.Still feeling something is racing in head and lightheaded Ness.Please advise.

Hello, as per your clinical history is concerned do take medication for vitamin b complex deficiency and for light headedness check your hemoglobin , fasting blood sugar and ECG .
