I feel so tired and as if am a bit drunk.i have dry congestion. Its been two days now and sometime i get fever for some period say 1 hour.

Next Steps
take paracetamol 500mg,3 to 4 times a day, with St. Gelucil 5ml 3 to 4 times along with  rice porridge
