Light blood in stool
My son is 6 years old
He is having cold and taking syrups for cough
He had loosemotion twice
Once we observed light blood stains
Please suggest
More details needed, mostly common due to anal injury these are superficial on stools, if mixed with stool a bit dark red occur due to infection, black means upper intestine problems. In your case nothing to worry as you told light blood stains.

Light blood stains is not confirmatory of anything. It could be a tinge of some partially digested food article too. If otherwise child is fine, having no fever, is able to eat , and is active nothing to worry. Two times loose motions can happen in viral infections too. You can wait. It will settle
