My son is 6 years old He is having cold and taking syrups for cough He had loosemotion twice Once we observed light blood stains Please suggest

More details needed, mostly common due to anal injury these are superficial on stools, if mixed with stool a bit dark red occur due to infection, black means upper intestine problems. In your case nothing to worry as you told light blood stains.
