Hello , I have fibroid from last 2 years and my period cycle is 28 days with 2-3 heavy bleeding and 5th day it stops completely no pain nothing . Last month i completely stopped eating dairy gluten and junk food and 15 days before period i started curcumin tablet with iron supplement. Last month was very stressed also due to job . This month Suprisingly my period was light and was able to do all activities i was happy but they are not stopping i am still using 1 pad through out the day . Plz suggest i am tensed now its been 12 days .
