For the first time last month  I didnt bleed during my periods Is this a symptom of pregnancy? I tested it with kit but it shows negative and I didn't get my period even this month . What can be my cause ?

If the pregnancy test is negative you are not pregnant Other reasons besides pregnancy for the delay can be Weight  gain and lack of exercise Polycystic ovarian syndrome Deranged thyroid and prolactin levels
