Ligament tear
So I’ve sprained my ankle after going to the doc he said it’s grade 2 ligament tear and put a slab , after three days they put a fibre cast but on that night I suddenly woke up grasping for air the same thing happened the next to days , it was suffocating so I cut it ans now I’m wearing a crepe band. Is it okay? Or should I visit the doc?

No suffocation is not ok with cast this may lead to DVT which is a serious issue please immediately consult ur doctor. For grade 2 tear of ligament you can also consider physiotherapy no need of cast. Either visit experienced physiotherapist or consult us online.

U have already removed it how do u feel now is there swelling in ur ankle then keep ice then keep the limb n elevated position u can also have ultrasound treatment from a therapist it will take time to heal u don’t have to bear weight on the affected limb while walking
