Please send the detailed mri report so that v know which ligament v r looking at Accordingly treatment plan can be decided Whether or not u need surgery Clinical examination is must to verify if mri report and clinical finding corelate

What are your symptoms? It probably is in the knee and not leg. If you have buckling and instability while walking, climbing stairs etc then you may require an arthroscopic reconstruction. Do send the report. Clinical examination is a must.
