I got injured 2 1/2 yrs back. ACL tear, 3rd grade. After getting 2 months of physiotherapy treatment, i recovered. But now i again got injured. And my leg is paining. I done those same exercises which reduced swalling and increased the knee bending angle. But sometimes when i bend my knee, a very minor sound comes(rub)

Thanks due asking me to respond. Since you are having repeated injuries to your knee, it is better that you have the ACL reconstruction done. Now a days this is done by keyhole surgery and leads to rapid recovery. Good luck!
