Having black colored spots on chin since 6 years.. Have tried mometasone and homeopathy but nothing works. Now stopped all treatments

Hi . greetings. Looks like u have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation secondary to your initial condition. Were you diagnosed with lichen planus earlier???
