Im 21 now,5yrs back I starting getting purplish dark flat spots on my leg area with no itching or redness later diagnosed as lichen planus and the marks are still there ,tried various ointments to lighten the marks and various doctors told me various different diagnosis other than lichen planus like allergy or mosquito bite etc. Want to know if laser will help me to lighten or get rid of marks on my leg ? Or if there is any permanent treatment to get rid of the marks ?
