Hi Doctor, I’m reaching out to consult you regarding persistent hair fall and lice/nits infestation. Despite using Mediker shampoo for 3 weeks, I still have visible lice eggs (nits) and an itchy scalp. The problem has not improved. In addition, my recent blood tests showed: • Severe Vitamin D deficiency (8.05 ng/mL) • Low Vitamin B12 (273 pg/mL) • Low ferritin (~40 ng/mL) My current prescription includes: • Neurobion (once daily after breakfast) • Tayo 60k (once a week for 8 weeks, then once a month) Even with supplements, the hair fall hasn’t stopped, and the lice are persisting. Could you please suggest a more effective treatment plan for: 1. Completely eliminating lice and nits 2. Accelerating hair fall recovery 3.
