Your mother has multiple issues notably gall bladder stone ,fatty liver ,high ALP which could be due to liver or bone abnormalities. She has renal impairment , could be related to significant sized stone or others.Ideally she should be seen by a gastroenterologist/hepatologist and nephrologist for detailed evaluation, investigation and further management.
