I am taking sgot as 1500 and 'sgpt' as 3900 with near normal alk phos. It is serious and hepatocellular disease is likely. U did not mention bilirubin and albumin.

It is due to Viral hepatitis. you have not told about your symptoms means what are your suffering. If you provide your suffering also then we will able to help you. on bases of reports only we guide on limited bases only. Please take complete bed rest. take Liv-52 tab. three times day.

I would advise you to meet a gastroenterologist as your LFT values are elevated and will require intervention. So kindly visit the gastroenterologist so that the symptoms can be noted and accordingly treated.
