Well you need to assessed clininically and need to undergo certain blood investigations followed by CT ( Preferable ) or USG guided drainage of abscess .. liver abscess especially large are risky for rupture of abscess so plan you treatment earliest

ULTRASOUND GUIDED ASPIRATION MAY BE NEEDED IF PUS IS LIQUIFIED. proper Antibiotics have to be started. Blood tests and other tests may be needed.
