Hi, It may be oral submucous fibrosis. Please Get your treatment as soon as possible from a  dentist.

Firstly break your habit. Visit MDS oral and maxillofacial surgeon or MDS pathologist or MDS oral medicine and radiology. You will need injections and maybe surgery also.

Reading your description it looks like it is sub mucous fibrosis, u need to visit MDS, oral pathologist. if the situation is just the start then it can be cured with injections, or else u will need a major sugery. and def get rid of this habit first.
