I have tested Corona positive. I need a letter directing that I should undergo home quarantine for 10 days. Please advise whether this is possible by booking a consultation through Practo.

No. It will not be possible. You will have to consult a General Physician in your area who can examine you and give the necessary certificate. Please go with your Aadhar card,  Covid vaccination certificate, and RTPCR negative report.
