I have undergone MTP in august 23 due to blasted ovum case. After that doctor gave me helocal and folsafe and asked to try again. We haven't been able to try due to some reasons. also  I was trying to cope up with my miscarriage. I went again to doctor in October to ask whether i should continue my medications. Now she asked me to take letrozole 2.5 mg for 5 days alongwith folsafe and go for amh test. I took letrozole for 4 days and went for amh test . My value came 4.30 on 24 October 2023 1. So i want to ask that my amh level is ok or not and also whether it is being affected by letrozole 2.5 mg? 2. Secondly is letrozole safe as i have seen it may affect the development of foetus? 3. Also should i wait to conceive or i can try again in my coming ovulation cycle ? Kindly guide me. I am very confused. Help me.

Ideally after miscarriage You should wait for 3 months before next pregnancy. Amh is fine Letroz doesn't affect fetus . You should try to concieve in next cycle . You should trust your Gynaec's treatment. Connect for detailed discussion

Instead of asking on this forum please ask these questions to your Gynaecologist. It is he who should justify or change or modify any of these medicines. All that I can say is that all these medicines are used very commonly.
