Can my most noisy snoring be stopped by either any of the tablets r syrups? If so,pls prescribe it to stop snoring permanently,on the other side, I've deep pigeon chest and suffering gastric trouble with left side chest pain🤦what kind of exercises should I be doing? Sending my pigeon chest pic below.
