Hi all ,my right ear is less hearing since childhood,I don't know exactly at wat age is started but now I am 33 age, and I feel to cure my ear problem,I don't have any pain or anything in ear but I hear less from one ear, can I cure my ear problem without hearing aid machine. I want to hear naturally not using any machine.

1st of all u go for hearing test which is pure tone audiometry after that we can decide what we can do further

First of all Cause of hearing loss should be identify. It may be due to sensorineural hg loss, or conductive hg loss
Next Steps
Visit to ENT for clinical examination nd pure tone Audiometry test . And other test ( if required)
