One would have to clinically look at the lesion to determine the risk of malignancy.. based on that we may decide to observe/repeat the biopsy/excise the lesion.
Next Steps
visit your nearest oncosurgeon
Health Tips
in certain cases of infiltrative tongue cancers, biopsy may sometimes be difficult to obtain,  especially in small lesions. in such cases one may find a wrongly negative biopsy.

Hi. The biopsy report says it’s only epithelial hyperplasia. Not malignant. Is he pan or gutka chewer, smoker or alcoholic. If so ask him to stop all.
Next Steps
Take multivitamin for 15 days and antibiotics for 7 days. If the lesion has not changed in size or increasing then repeat biopsy.
Health Tips
Avoid pan or gutka chewing, smoking and alcohol consumption.
