Only if u have leg pain then u do some stretching ex's for leg....
If u have back pain with the issue.. then u r bed may be the problem. ... and it depends upon u r nature of job.... first u do some general ex's... and stretching. ....
Check your bed.if it is too old or too soft this may happen coz of changes in posture of spine happening while sleeping. Changing bed may help. Or check your sleeping posture. In both cases you will have to strengthen your low back muscles
