A wound on my left ankle. It's been around 3 weeks. Presently I'm cleaning with the Dettol antiseptic and removing the yellow skin except the scab. After cleaning I'm applying the neosporin powder. It healed a lot. But now it looks like this (see photo 2). Photo 1 is 10 days back. What should I do? Also I'm not having any pain and not on any antibiotics presently.
