Looks like you have vericose veins... Without wasting your time consult orthopedic and general surgeon for vericose vein and DVT.. if these both or any one of these you have start proper medication.. follow guidelines strictly.

Blood supply drainage fault . Check varicose veins for thrombosis. Can perform general stretching of calf and active movement around knee .
