Hello. I assume ur reffering to pain on the sole while putting weight/standing. Its mostly because of plantar fascitis. Bone growth is incidentally seen but not the cause. Conservative treatment like hot water fomentation., local ointment application, and analgesics would help. Wear soft padded shoes, done walk bare foot and ise silicone heel pad. No surgery is needed.
