My mother's leg is paining since a year from a specific area just above the ankle please tell me the solution to get rid of it

Initially keep ice pack for 5-8 mins and then do any pain killer spray, repeat this 4 times per day for 3 days.
Next Steps
If pain persist, consult a musculoskeletal physiotherapist.
