Leg pain everytime I drive a car

Hi, I have excessive right leg pain these days because of continuous driving. I drive 50 kms daily & the pain aggravates every time I drive. Right now the pain is tremendous right from my ankle to thighs. Could you please suggest a medicine for muscle relaxation or pain reduction for now. Regards, Nasrin Baloch
