Leg pain below knee both legs

I'm having leg pain below the knee both legs. Not able to stand for long time. This happens every year during summer. If I'm on bed rest it will be fine. Can you please suggest any remedies for the same.

Looks that you have muscle cramps. Drink plenty of water and add 1 pocket of ORS per day. Vit d 60 k tab once a week for 6 weeks, tab calcimax forte 1 tab per day for 2 months.
