Leg pain at 30 weeks pregnancy

I am in 30 weeks pregnancy,my legs and hands have started to pain,legs have uncontrollable pain continuously,my doctor suggested to take dolo 650 for 1 day until I meet her.Is it safe to take dolo 650 in pregnency ? And what is the reason all of sudden from 1day my legs are paining

Yes dolo 650 is safe in pregnancy. Due to streching of ligaments during pregnancy some nerves get compressed which can cause leg pain
