Extreme pain occurring on left waist side today. This is happening for the very first time with me. Today is my 4th day of period. What might be the reason? My last few months period cycle as follows: Current cycle : 29 days June cycle: 38 days May cycle: 30 days April cycle: 28 days March cycle: 29 days
