The vein in my left testicle aches and if i touch it then i will feel pain. The testicle is sore. I've not had sex within the last year. I'm 20 years old. The pain will come and go depending on the day. I have no idea what causes it. Only in the left one. I believe masturbation should help? Hypothesis not confirmed.
