Since 3-4 days my left testicle has become large. I feel that the inner sphere is enlarged not the scrotum. No palpable lump. I tried very hard to feel any lump every time I bath but no lump it is smooth. l just it had enlarge like 1.5 times of another one. It had become littler hard. And the vein also become thick compared to right vein. No pain in testicle or anywhere in body. What is this? Plz help I am scared that it is cancer... I have bacterial prostatitis history which was cured...
