Please give detail about your job or are you studying while lying down on your front.
It seems your problem is postural or related to your work.
Kindly do some stretching exercises under guidance from some exercise trainer.
Take 200 - 300 ml of milk daily with some supplements .Alternatively if you are allergic to milk then have Tab Shelcal (500) 1daily for15 days.
