Left side chest pain, fluttering heart

I am a 38 year old female with 80kg weight and 5.4 inches height with hypothyroidism. I am getting pain on the left side of my chest with fluttering heart feeling sometimes, mostly in the nights. I have severe stomach troubles running continuously and feel light headed up on getting up from a sitting position etc.

Hello good evening, obesity is a risk factor for heart disease, hence weight reduction is strongly advised. You might be having gastritis too. Advised Ecg, echo, and antacids.
