Left side cheek and head ache and tooth
Got a filling in teeth yesterday.
Since, then I have pain in left side check and head.
The filling was adjacent to a tooth which had RCT earlier.
I'm not sure now which tooth has pain, the one with the filling or the RCT.

Most likely it is the tooth with Filling which is giving you the pain.It might be having a deep carious lesion so you should review with your dentist and get an x-ray done to confirm it and get root canal treatment done accordingly.

In your case, the chances of carious exposed (irreversible pulpitis) in yesterday filled teeth. In this condition after filling pain occurs, due to infective pulp pressure; which was relieved after access opening of tooth and indicated the RCT.
But least chances in RCT teeth.

Greetings. The pain could be due to the filling being slightly high or very deep cavity or if you have bitten your cheek after anaesthesia. X-ray can be taken to check the previously treated RCT.
