The rate can only be quoted by viewing the OPG/IOPA X-ray .Depending upon the condition charges are quoted.As he has quoted 3500 this means the tooth will be removed surgically.The surgical extraction usually I charge here in Gorakhpur 2000 to 3000 depending upon cases to cases.
