Left side adenxal mass with PID

My wife found left sided adnexal mass of size 2.75x4.57cm with PID Please suggest is it normal and can be treated with medicines

It is not normal. But I will like to leave further decision whether to treat it or not, to the discretion of the treating Gynaecologist. He has full patient in front of him. I have only a report which has been given by YOU.
