Age 60. Suddenly left shoulder is paining with neck and hand also. Why its like this? Before it's not like this. But now suddenly paining? What's the reason? It's there any problem. Plz reply

Could be some wrong posture, Could be using mobile phones in wrong posture for long periods,  start with some painkillers and if doesn't subside, get investigated.
