I met with an accedent and my left shoulder injured folling is the MRI report please suggest the treatment: MRI OF THE LEFT SHOULDER JOINT o Bony alinement is maintained o No Subluxation or dislocation noted o There is bony contusion noted adjacent to the greater tubercle appearing hyperintense on suppressed images o There is fluid intensity collection noted in the left bicipital grove appearing hyperintense T2WI & STIR s/o bicipital tendinopathy. o There is partial thickness t

• Gentle Shoulder Stretching. • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Gentle Neck Exercises. • Avoid sleeping on affected side. • Warm up and cool down is a must. • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment shoulder is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the shoulder with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.
