Having back pain since 4 days not able to stand for more than 2 mins. Can only sit with support and even though I applied gel no use at all

Don't worry, it may be due to lumber problem like oestiophytes in lumber vertebrae. Or it may be due to your bad posture during work. Keep your posture correct always during work and using mobile phones or on laptops.

Please get an x-ray done of lumber spine first. Keep resting for 10 days,
