Left Lower back and knee

I have pain in my lower left back and left knee. Specially when I start walking lower left back pain occurs in few minutes then left knee started to pain. When I started to walking on steps my left knee pains. My weight is 120kg My age is 31 and all started a year ago Please suggest

Your symptoms seems to match that of disc problem. U need to cautious. Definitely u need to loose weight. Take pregabalin 75 bedtime and tab cover an 50mg twice a day for 3 days. Need  x-ray spine in Standing position.
