Left lower abdominal pain

Hi doctor. Today is my 19th day after periods. For half an hour I have faced left lower abdominal pain. And after half an hour the pain went off. Is it a ovulation or pregnancy symptom. Do I need to visit a hospital. Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

At 19 th day of the cycle it cannot be a symptom of pregnancy To be pregnant u need to skip ur periods U can get an ultrasound done to find out the reason
