I have a knee,for which I was unable to walk about a month. My college is far from my place I want a ortho doctor who can write a letter for me that I can't travel long distances for about a year as I had injury in my leg which will take long time to recover

That's not possible. Even fractured bone heal in 3 mths and pt can walk on it so how can any one  can give one year medical certificate .
