Latest MRI shows that Mild patellofemoral and medial compartment osteoarthritic changes A focal magnetic susceptibility artifact within the body and posterior horn region of medial meniscus with truncation of medial meniscal body suggestive of previous partial medial meniscectomy , along with subtile fibrillation of undersurface of free edge of body of medial meniscus.

Basically it is in the initial stages of osteoarthritis
Next Steps
For now Take painkillers when it pains Start vitamin d Take high protein diet Decrease weight Do quadriceps and hamstring excercises
