There is Tear of Medial Meniscus which actually cushions the knee joint and this type of tear doesn’t do well with medicines and Physiotherapy.You should get knee examined clinically by an Orthopaedic and get your medial meniscus surgically repaired arthroscopically.It will be followed by gradual post op exercise rehabilitation
