Met with an accident yesterday and as per the MRI reports, its showing that my left knee ACL is completely torn. Doctors are suggesting for arthroscopic surgery. Can surgery be avoided and can it be healed with psysiotheraphy? Current status of my leg is that i am not able to put pressure on my left leg as it immediately limps. Attaching my MRI REPORT

Complete tear can't heal with medicine and other treatment.. In young age better to get surgery done. Its common surgery and minimal invasive with good recovery

It won't heal on its own. Physiotherapy won't heal it...It will only strengthen our muscles.. If you want an active life and play sports.. Better is to go ahead with surgery!
