Left jaw paining

While opening and closing my mouth left jaw joint area near at ear.. was paining what can I do for that

The problem is related to your TMJ (joint of the lower jaw).  Visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon,  who will examine you properly and advise accordingly

Avoid hard food. Have a soft diet for a few days. Avoid wide mouth opening. Have an anti inflammatory like Combiflam 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days. If it still doesn’t resolve consult a dentist
