Left Hand Wrist Pain , on heavy actions.

Dear Dr, Greetings & Warm Wishes, Pain occurs in my Left Hand wrist , in instances on heavy actions, like lifting weights or any strain given. Normal its fine. 2 months ago i felt down & my entire body weight was rested on the two wrists. The same was checked & X-rays taken, no fratcures. But still symptoms of uneasy pains occur on instances of havy actions. Kindly guide & advice on this issues. Thanks & Regards Antony Joseph.S
