Left Hand Pain

My Mother Firstly she was suffering from neck pain where swollen was observed after some home remedies little bit it got healed than suddenly the shoulder's back side and than whole left hand is paining very badly neither she is able to sleep and get up from bed it is heavly paining and stiffness is also observed on hand. Her age is 53. Request you to kindly suggest some medicine aur healing cream to get it accured immediately.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate your mother in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. She needs thorough examination...see a nearby orthopedist / neurologist. Till then give her 1) tab Etova MR post meal for rapid reduction of pain 2) tab pan 40 pre meal 3) tab gabapentin 400 once at night for heaviness in arm
