Left Hand Pain

From the few days sometime i am having pain in left hand and having some gas trouble and constipation too. Is this left hand pain is an indication of heart attack or it is normal?.

Left hand pain doesn't show any heart problem, many other causes can be there.

Not heart attack possibly . But findout the pain origin&  is it radiating or not.doing gym or lifted heavy objects . Need normal pain killer will be ok. If any other symptoms appear can consult online
