Hello...if this is painful then it could be stye and if painless then it could be chalazion....if stye then warm compresses....and apply antibiotic eyeointment local application twice daily and oral antibiotics....if painless (Chalazion) then again warm compresses and then pull eyebrow by opposite hand...look down and masaage upper lid from up to down with hard finger ....continue this for 1 month
Try applying hot compresses, (fresh cloth dipped in warm water applied intermittently to closed eyes). Make sure the warmth is applied on the swelling. You need good sleep/rest & a well balanced diet to present recurrence of such lesions.
